This issue launched a series that ran for over 40 years, making it one of the few superhero titles to continuously run from the Golden Age through to the Modern era. Wonder Woman's popularity has actually been on the rise in recent years, the this issue's value reflects that - it's currently ranked #20 on Overstreet's Top 100 Golden Age Comics list. The World War II cover and interior art are by H. G. Peter. CGC notes, "Centerfold detached." Overstreet 2020 FN 6.0 value = $34,500; VF 8.0 value = $76,700. CGC census 4/21: 6 in 6.5, 27 higher.
