Description

All Star Western #62 Mile High pedigree (DC, 1951) CGC NM 9.4 White pages. Sensing a change in the air, DC switched two of its main titles, All-American and All-Star to the western format in the late 1940s. Chock-full of great artists like Joe Kubert, Alex Toth, Gil Kane and Carmine Infantino, these two series rank among the best of the genre, and are hotly pursued by collectors. This copy is a stunning NM, and probably the best in existence. The front cover has an arrival stamp identifying it as a Mile High copy. Overstreet 2002 NM 9.4 value = $185.
