Weird Science #12 (#1) White Mountain Pedigree (EC, 1950) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. It has been 12 years since we've seen a NM+ copy of the first issue of the title formerly known as Saddle Romances. Al Feldstein drew the "shrinking man" cover and art. Harvey Kurtzman, Jack Kamen, and the team of Harry Harrison and Wally Wood also contributed art to the issue. Includes the story "Dream of Doom", that parodies the EC staff. This issue is currently the #4 book on Overstreet's list of Top Ten Sci-Fi Comics. Overstreet 2018 NM- 9.2 value = $5,000. CGC census 11/18: 4 in 9.6, 1 higher.

View the certification for CGC Certification ID 1092244001 and purchase grader's notes if available.

More Information: EDIT: Corrected CGC census information from "2 in 9.6, none higher" to "4 in 9.6, 1 higher."
