    Vault of Horror #12 (EC, 1950) CGC GD/VG 3.0 Cream to off-white pages. First issue with of this title, and tied with Crypt of Terror #17 as the first horror comic. Overstreet designates this issue as "scarce." And with the Johnny Craig cover, and interior art by Craig, Al Feldstein, and Harvey Kurtzman, it's classic EC. CGC notes, "Small piece of tape on interior cover." Overstreet 2004 GD 2.0 value = $450; VG 4.0 value = $900. CGC census 1/05: 1 in 3.0; 15 higher.
