A great patriotic cover has all three branches of the armed forces (Army, Navy, and Marines) represented, and an all-American gal in Lois Lane showing her support! The cover artist hasn't been conclusively attributed, but it may be the work of Fred Ray. Inside the issue, that Rollicking Rogue, the Prankster, is back to make life tough for Superman. Overstreet 2005 VF/NM 9.0 value = $1,222; NM- 9.2 value = $1,650. CGC census 11/05: 6 in 9.0, 2 higher.
