A superb flag cover makes this one of the most desirable issues of the title, and we hadn't seen a high-grade copy before today. Mary Marvel is the literal and figurative standard-bearer of the issue, and also appearing are the Phantom Eagle, Commando Yank, and Mr. Scarlet and Pinky.
