Description

World's Finest Comics #71 (DC, 1954) CGC FN+ 6.5 Light tan to off-white pages. When DC decided to actually make the covers serious on their superhero books, they came up with some classics. These mid-1950s issues are extremely tough to find, and they are way cooler than most of the earlier ones (and the later ones, too, for that matter). This key book marks the beginning of Superman and Batman acting as a team. Overstreet calls this one scarce, and no copies of this issue have been graded higher than 7.5 by CGC as of this writing, so it's easy to imagine there just may not be any true high-grade copies at all. Overstreet 2002 FN 6.0 value = $267. From the collection of Bobby Harmon. $$$$$
