USA Comics #17 The Promise Collection Pedigree (Timely, 1945) CGC NM/MT 9.8 White pages. The highest-graded copy certified by CGC to date, one that is practically perfect in every way. This was the final issue of the title, and Alex Schomburg's bondage cover features Captain America going a little wild in order to rescue Bucky and a damsel in distress.
