Top-Notch Comics #3 (MLJ, 1940) CGC FN/VF 7.0 Off-white pages. The Wizard stars in this issue, a book that Gerber describes as "scarce." Meanwhile, Bob Phantom, who first appeared in Blue Ribbon Comics, moved to this series, where he became a regular starting with this issue. The issue was produced by the Harry "A" Chesler shop, and includes contributions from Jack Cole and Mort Meskin. Overstreet 2005 FN 6.0 value = $507; VF 8.0 value = $1,056.
