Top-Notch Comics #22 (MLJ, 1941) CGC VG/FN 5.0 Cream to off-white pages. A rare comic, even rarer in high grades. We've encountered six copies to date, only one of which ranks higher on CGC's census. The Black Hood, the Wizard, and Roy the Super-Boy are featured on the cover, and Archie appears in an ad that coincides with his debut in Pep Comics #22 later in the same month. The cover and art are by Al Camy. Overstreet 2024 VG 4.0 value = $1,406; FN 6.0 value = $2,109. CGC census 10/25: 2 in 5.0, 4 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
