Top-Notch Comics #22 Mile High pedigree (MLJ, 1941) CGC NM 9.4 White pages. Edgar Church did his usual beautiful job of preserving this comic, and he seems to be one of the few who saved the book at all; our offering is the only copy of the issue that CGC has certified to date. Al Camy is credited with the cover as well as the two features starring the Black Hood and the Wizard, respectively. Overstreet 2005 NM- 9.2 value = $900. CGC census 8/05: 1 in 9.4, none higher.CGC Grader Notes:
