Top-Notch Comics #1 (MLJ, 1939) CGC VG 4.0 Off-white to white pages. The Wizard, "the Man with the Super-Brain," gets his origin and first appearance in this issue, which also features the Westpointer, Air Patrol, and the Mystic. A Manhunters story by Jack Cole is yet another attraction. Gerber calls this issue "scarce" and estimates that only 21 to 50 copies still exist.
