Top-Notch Comics #1 (MLJ, 1939) CGC VF+ 8.5 Off-white pages. Only one copy of this book has been graded higher than our copy. The issue is best known for having the first appearance of the Wizard. It's one of the earliest comics from the publisher that would later be known as Archie. The book's interior artists include Jack Cole. Overstreet 2006 VF 8.0 value = $3,990; VF/NM 9.0 value = $6,695.
