The Human Torch #8 (Timely, 1942) CGC VG- 3.5 Cream to off-white pages. Classic Human Torch vs. Sub-Mariner battle. One of the first Timely full-issue storylines. Hitler appearance. Alex Schomburg cover. Basil Wolverton, Al Gabrielle, and Harry Sahle art. CGC notes, "Small amount of glue on spine of cover." Overstreet 2013 VG 4.0 value = $864. CGC census 5/14: 6 in 3.5, 41 higher.
