The Human Torch #4 (#3) (Timely, 1941) CGC VG 4.0 Cream to off-white pages. The Patriot made his first appearance in this issue (a text feature reveals the character's origin). The issue's got an Alex Schomburg cover, with interior art by Bill Everett, Carl Burgos and others. By the way, you might be wondering why this comic is called #4 (#3) since the cover clearly says "No. 3"... the answer is that the indicia call it number 4.
