Low-grade or unrestored copies of #3 (#2) can be found, but a copy like this turns up very seldom. To explain the issue numbering: the one-shot Red Raven #1 had its numbering continued with Human Torch #2, and this was the issue after that, thus it's the second issue, despite being #3. Alex Schomburg did he hooded cultists/bondage cover (with a Sub-Mariner appearance). Bill Everett and Carl Burgos art. Overstreet 2019 NM- 9.2 value = $12,500. CGC census 8/19: 3 in 9.2, 2 higher.
