Description
The Human Torch #29 (Timely, 1947) CGC VF 8.0 Off-white to white pages. Tough copy to find this nice, as evidenced by CGC's census which lists the highest-graded copy to date at a barely nicer VF/NM 9.0. Syd Shores created the cover, and doubled up with interior art along with Ken Bald and Mike Sekowsky. Namora (wolf whistle!) makes an appearance in a Sub-Mariner story. Overstreet 2005 VF 8.0 value = $744. CGC census 7/05: 1 in 8.0, 4 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
