Origin and first appearance of Toro. The origins of the Human Torch and Sub-Mariner retold in a text story. Overstreet 2017 FN 6.0 value = $8,100; VF 8.0 value = $19,000. CGC census 11/17: 4 in 7.0, 16 higher.
