The Black Terror #26 (Nedor Publications, 1949) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Cream to off-white pages. Here's the second-to-last issue of the title, one of only two that CGC has certified to date and the nicest copy we've seen at Heritage. Alex Schomburg drew the cover.
