    Superman #19 (DC, 1942) CGC FN+ 6.5 Light tan to off-white pages. The first story in this issue introduces a villain named Funnyface, who just so happens to be a dead-ringer for Jerry Siegel. You'll also see for the first time comic strip heroes Detective Crane, Prince Peril, Solitary Rider, Streak Duga, and Happy Daze. Another story features Lois Lane and Clark Kent going to the movies to see the first Fleisher Superman cartoon "The Mad Scientist". Jack Burnley provides the cover.
