Superman #13 (DC, 1941) CGC VF/NM 9.0 White pages. An important book in Superman history, featuring the first full appearance of longtime supporting character / intrepid photojournalist Jimmy Olsen. Lex Luthor makes an early appearance as well. It also bears the first "A Superman DC Publication" logo on the cover. Fred Ray's war cover was actually drawn before the United States had entered World War II. The story art is by John Sikela art, and a it also contains a text story by Gardner Fox. With Jimmy set to appear in the upcoming Superman: Legacy movie, expect interest in this book to heat up. CGC notes, "Christine Farrell Complete DC Collection."
