Superman #13 (DC, 1941) CGC VF/NM 9.0 White pages. This copy ties for the highest grade on CGC's census -- just look at our scans and you'll see why! Even nice copies of this book almost invariably have some degree of smudging or tanning, that's why this one is at the top of the heap. Fred Ray's cover art (drawn before the USA entered World War II) really shines at you from this copy.
