Sub-Mariner Comics #6 (Timely, 1942) CGC VF 8.0 Cream to off-white pages. The Japanese attempt an invasion of the Panama Canal on this thoroughly wild cover by Alex Schomburg. On top of that, there's a two-page text story by a twenty-something Mickey Spillane, published five years before he began his career as a hard-boiled crime fiction author with the classic Mike Hammer novel I, the Jury.
