CGC's census verifies -- only four copies have been certified with higher grades to date, none higher than VF/NM 9.0. It's #23 on Overstreet's Top 100 Golden Age Books, tied with Human Torch #2 (#1) as the third most valuable Timely, trailing only Marvel Comics #1 and Captain America Comics #1. Alex Schomburg did the cover; Bill Everett and Paul Gustavson contributed interior art. Overstreet 2009 VF 8.0 value = $22,800.
