Startling Comics #35 Davis Crippen ("D" Copy) pedigree (Better Publications, 1945) CGC VF 8.0 Off-white to white pages. We'll bet this Alex Schomburg cover is new to many a fan of the artist! As for Pyroman's deeds shown here, interfering with the work of firefighters, even in wartime, is a bit controversial, and Overstreet notes that the interior's got some eyebrow-raising stuff too: "Hypodermic syringe attacks Fighting Yank in drug story."
