Startling Comics #1 (Better Publications, 1940) CGC VF+ 8.5 Off-white pages. This was a superhero book before science fiction took over, and Captain Future was the cover star. Note that he pre-dates almost all of the other "captains" in comics, and also pre-dates the likes of Green Lantern and Wonder Woman. Kin Platt cover art.
