Star Spangled Kid and Stripesy feature. Captain X and Armstrong of the Army stories begin. Hal Sherman robot cover and art. Overstreet 2019 FN 6.0 value = $1,581; VF 8.0 value = $3,847. CGC census 7/20: 4 in 6.5, 9 higher.
