Silver Streak Comics #1 (Lev Gleason, 1939) Condition: PR. One of Overstreet's Top 100 Golden Age books. The first comic book by the company that would soon be known as Lev Gleason Publications. Metallic ink cover. First appearance of the Claw by Jack Cole. Overstreet's considers this book to be "scarce". This copy is missing its back cover. The interior is complete, with pieces off the corner of a few pages that does not affect the artwork. There is a large tear on the first page. The front cover is not attached.
