Real Fact Comics #5 (DC, 1946) CGC VF+ 8.5 Off-white pages. This is the most sought after book of this title's run because it includes a story about the creation of Batman and Robin (the title didn't have superhero fare otherwise). Tom Mix appears in one of the book's other features. According to CGC's census, only two copies of this issue have been certified with higher grades as of this writing.
