Real Fact Comics #5 (DC, 1946) CGC NM+ 9.6 White pages. This copy has all of the hallmarks of a Mile High book, but actually has no pedigree, and it's currently the single highest-graded copy! Batman and Robin appear on the cover and there is a five-page story detailing their creation. There's also a backup Tom Mix story. Fred Ray, George Papp, and George Roussos did the artwork for the book. A simply stunning copy with bright reds and yellows on the cover. Overstreet 2014 NM- 9.2 value = $2,400.
