Police Comics #19 (Quality, 1943) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Off-white pages. Plastic Man (by Jack Cole, of course) is joined in this issue by Will Eisner's Spirit. There's also a Phantom Lady story. As of this writing, only the Rockford copy of the issue has been graded higher than our offering. Overstreet 2007 VF/NM 9.0 value = $975; NM- 9.2 value = $1,350.
