Police Comics #17 Mile High pedigree (Quality, 1943) CGC NM- 9.2 Off-white to white pages. We haven't seen this CGC-chart-topping copy in seven years! Hello there old friend. Plastic Man passes the peace pipe on this cover by Jack Cole who also renders Plas inside. The Spirit by Will Eisner makes an appearance. Beautiful and deep cover colors add to the attraction of this book from the cedar-lined Denver, CO basement of Edgar Church. The closest copy on the current CGC census is a 7.0.
