Police Comics #16 Mile High pedigree (Quality, 1943) CGC NM 9.4 White pages. Plastic Man gets the Gill Fox cover on this issue and is drawn by Jack Cole inside. A backup Spirit story is contributed by Will Eisner. This nice example of a Mile High book has rich front and back cover colors, a straight spine, and magnificent page quality. It also features an early Spirit cover appearance. The two other books that share the CGC census with ours sit at 6.5 and 6.0. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $1,300.
