Description

Police Comics #13 (Quality, 1942) CGC FN+ 6.5 White pages. Reed Crandall provides the art for this issue's cover, showing a gang of laughing kids chasing an unusual-looking Plastic Man (you can actually see his eyes!) during a typical World War II-era rubber drive. Inside, we find the first appearance of Plas' rotund right-hand man, Woozy Winks, as well as the last Firebrand episode. Jack Cole, Arthur Peddy, and Alex Kotzky round out this issue's artist roster.
