Police Comics #1 (Quality, 1941) CGC GD+ 2.5 Off-white pages. This debut issue featured the origin and first appearance of Plastic Man by Jack Cole, plus the first appearances of Phantom Lady, Firebrand, and the Human Bomb. Art by Fred Guardineer and Paul Gustavson. CGC notes, "Very minor amount of glue on spine of cover." Overstreet 2010 GD 2.0 value = $784. CGC census 4/11: 2 in 2.5, 18 higher.
