Police Comics #1 (Quality, 1941) CGC FN- 5.5 Off-white to white pages. This Golden Age gem features not only the origin and first appearance of Plastic Man by Jack Cole, but also the first appearances of Phantom Lady, Firebrand, and the Human Bomb. The cover is by Gill Fox, with interior art by Fox, Fred Guardineer, Reed Crandall, and Paul Gustavson. CGC notes, "Very small amount of dried glue on spine of cover." Overstreet 2014 FN 6.0 value = $2,676. CGC census 11/14: 3 in 5.5, 8 higher.
