It features the origins and first appearances of the Black Cat, Cadet Blakey (aka the Spirit of '76), the Red Blazer, the Phantom, Sphinx, and the Zebra; and the first appearances of Phantom Ranger, British Agent #99, Spin Hawkins, and Satan, Lord of Evil.
