Description

Phantom Lady #17 (Fox Features Syndicate, 1948) CGC VG+ 4.5 Pink pages. A classic Matt Baker bondage/headlight cover wraps Baker art, presented for your amusement, on pink paper! Fox was running on a shoestring budget at the time, and to save money, purchased a large order of pink paper (it was apparently very cheap), and this issue was one of the results! Mentioned in Seduction of the Innocent. Overstreet 2014 VG 4.0 value = $1,730. CGC census 8/14: 6 in 4.5, 37 higher. From the Down Under Collection.
