Pep Comics #38 (MLJ, 1943) CGC FN/VF 7.0 White pages. Impressive page quality on this nice copy. The Shield Nazi War cover is by Alex Schomburg. There is an early Archie appearance by Bob Montana, and a Hangman backup story inside, plus there's also a Hitler appearance. Gil Kane, Irv Novick, Bob Fujitani, and Red Holmdale art.
