Description

Pep Comics #36 (MLJ, 1943) CGC FN 6.0 Off-white to white pages. This was the very first cover appearance of Archie in Pep Comics, and CGC notes it as an infinity cover by Bob Montana, who also added interior art. Other appearances include The Shield and Captain Commando. Montana and Irv Novick art. Overstreet 2021 FN 6.0 value = $5,700. CGC census 9/21: 1 in 6.0, 7 higher. From the Pinnacle Hill Collection.
