Pep Comics #32 (MLJ, 1942) CGC VF- 7.5 Off-white pages. The highest-graded copy of the three that we have seen. Early Archie appearance. The Shield gets a new costume on this Bob Montana Nazi/bondage/torture cover. The infamous female decapitated head on a spike splash page from this book was used as the cover of Roly Poly Comics #14.
