Pep Comics #31 (MLJ, 1942) CGC VG+ 4.5 Slightly brittle pages. The bold bondage/headlight cover is courtesy of Irv Novick and features the Shield. The Archie story has the first appearance of Mr. Lodge, Veronica's father. Overstreet 2014 VG 4.0 value = $516. CGC census 11/14: 3 in 4.5, 4 higher. From the Prospect Mountain Collection.
