Pep Comics #31 (MLJ, 1942) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Off-white pages. The Shield and Hangman battle Nazis on this bold bondage/headlight cover by Irv Novick. The Archie story features the first appearance of Veronica's father, Mr. Lodge. This beauty is the highest graded copy certified by CGC to date, and the nicest of the mere three copies we've seen so far. Overstreet 2017 VF/NM 9.0 value = $3,635; NM- 9.2 value = $5,200.
