Pep Comics #31 (MLJ, 1942) CGC GD+ 2.5 Cream to off-white pages. An early Archie appearance features the first appearance of Mr. Lodge, Veronica's father. The Shield and Hangman / World War II / bondage / torture cover is by Irv Novick. The issue also contains a decapitation panel. Overstreet 2024 GD 2.0 value = $703.
