Pep Comics #31 (MLJ, 1942) CGC FN/VF 7.0 White pages. An issue we rarely see, it contains an Archie story that features the first appearance of Mr. Lodge, Veronica's father. The bold bondage cover is courtesy of Irv Novick, and features the Shield and the Hangman. There is also a decapitation panel inside. Overstreet 2018 FN 6.0 value = $927; VF 8.0 value = $2,163.
