This astounding Mile High copy is the highest-graded, with the next closest copy being a VF- 7.5, but to put this book's rarity into perspective, we have only offered three other copies of issue #21 ever -- one was a GD- 1.8, and two were GD 2.0 copies! This issue contains the last appearance of Madam Satan. The Shield and Hangman bondage cover by Irv Novick is a Golden Age masterpiece. Novick, Lin Streeter, Carl Hubbell, and Ed Smalle art.
