Pep Comics #18 (MLJ, 1941) CGC Apparent VG- 3.5 Slight (C-1) Cream to off-white pages. Just the fourth certified copy we have offered. Another fantastic bondage and torture cover by Irv Novick, along with a back cover pin-up of Shield. Novick also provided the interior art along with Lin Streeter and Carl Hubbell.
