Pep Comics #13 Mile High Pedigree (MLJ, 1941) CGC NM+ 9.6 White pages. Of the three graded copies, on is a 6.5, one is an 8.0, and then there's the Mile High copy -- it stands miles above the others! The Irv Novick bondage cover, featuring The Shield and Dusty, is an action-packed thrill ride! Novick, Charles Biro, Mort Meskin and Paul Reinman art. A nicer copy will most probably never surface, so strike while the iron's hot! Overstreet 2016 NM- 9.2 value = $2,100. CGC census 11/16: 1 in 9.6, none higher.CGC Grader Notes:
