New York World's Fair Comics #1939 (DC, 1939) CGC VG 4.0 Slight/Moderate (C-2) Cream to off-white pages. The first published appearance of the Sandman. A blonde-haired Superman graces the cover masthead. Vincent Sullivan provided the cover art, with interior art being supplied by Creig Flessel, Fred Guardineer, and Bob Kane. Currently tied for #95 book on Overstreet's list of Top 100 Golden Age Comics. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: moderate amount of color touch on cover, tear seals to page 1 and page 48." Overstreet 2020 VG 4.0 value = $3,600. CGC census 6/21: 12 in 4.0, 24 higher.
