New York World's Fair Comics #1939 (DC, 1939) CGC Apparent VG- 3.5 Slight (C-1) Cream to off-white pages. The first published appearance of the Sandman. A blonde-haired Superman graces the cover masthead. Vincent Sullivan provided the cover art, with story art supplied by Joe Shuster, Creig Flessel, Fred Guardineer, and Bob Kane. Currently tied for #95 book on Overstreet's list of Top 100 Golden Age Comics. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: cover re-attached with glue."
